Zyris is a respected dental product provider with a mission to create positive experiences for both patients and clinicians.
After more than 20 years in business, their digital presence no longer reflected the maturity of their brand. Operating across two separate domains, a content-heavy resource site and a Shopify store, the split experience created duplication and unnecessary navigation friction.

Scalable Templates
Meaningful design for dental experts
The new platform delivers a more straightforward shopping experience supported by a flexible template framework built for new product launches and international expansion.
By bringing the two experiences into a single, streamlined hierarchy, the structure now supports both product discovery and transaction seamlessly.

Case for a redesign
Drop-Off Above the Fold
A UX audit using Hotjar and Google Analytics revealed that users rarely scrolled past the fold. Most visitors arrived with a specific goal, yet interaction was concentrated at the top of the page. The mega menu and footer saw minimal engagement.
The structure wasn’t guiding users efficiently toward products and key resources.

Connecting Education and Commerce
Using the two existing site maps as a foundation, I merged related content and removed duplication. The new structure created clearer pathways for users moving between information and transaction while establishing a scalable framework.

A Modular System Built to Expand
Each page component was structured with a clear function and hierarchy. A small set of reusable components and layout rules lets the team publish new product pages without breaking visual hierarchy. Components include product hero, feature grids, and learning modules with explicit spacing and typographic rules.
Content Architecture
A redesigned resource hub connects users to relevant guides, videos, and FAQs through clearer grouping and navigation, reducing the need to sift through dense information.
Responsive on all devices, of course.

Refining the Visual Language
The redesign builds on Zyris’s established visual language, refining hierarchy, spacing, and content density to improve readability and product focus. Consistent component rules ensure clarity across pages while supporting the modular structure.
Interface System
Designed for Scale
The new modular design system gives the team flexibility in how content is delivered, enabling stronger audience engagement, while maintaining consistency across the platform.
A Cohesive Digital Experience
The redesigned experience aligns Zyris’s digital presence with the maturity of its products. Bringing clarity, confidence, and cohesion to every interaction.
